(IELTS) which assesses your English language proficiency. IELTS tests are held in over 900 locations across
the world with tests upto 4 times a month
It is of two versions : Academic : For Further Education
General : For Immigration
How it Assess your Language: It assess your language skills in 4 basic elements of a language : LISTENING, READING, WRITING, SPEAKING.
Test Format :
LISTENING : 4SECTIONS-40QUESTIONS-3O+10=40minutes
READING : 3PASSAGES-40QUESTIONS-60minutes(20/PASSAGE)
WRITING : 2TASKS- SUMMARY & ESSAY -20+40=60minutes
SPEAKING : 3PARTS - 11-14 minutes
SCORE :
Scores in IELTS represented by a Band scale of 0-9.
Score validity : 2years.
Each module is assessed for 0-9 bands, the average of Individual module gives total score.
7 bands is considered as a Healthy Score, with this you can anticipate some fundin.
* A overall band of 6.5 with not less than 6 bands in each module is universally recognized.

IELTS is conducted by IDP - Australia & British Council - UK.
And now you are making your mind for which exam to take either IDP or BC.
Off-course your query will be resolved by your Friends or Seniors and result is IDP or BC.
* University of Cambridge ESOL prepares the paper and these two conducts the exam. It is a silly question to ask which exam is easy. still confusing ok!! consider JNTU Prepares the Exam Paper and your College conducts the Examination, then how come you say which college examination is easy.
